Experience and Accomplishments
Senior VP of Operations at Acushnet Company, the owner of renowned brands such as Titleist, FootJoy, and Scotty Cameron.

I provided leadership and direction to a workforce of 1,800 employees spread across six facilities in both the United States and Thailand. A significant part of my contribution involved playing a pivotal role in the transition of the organizational design. We shifted from high-volume, low-performing SKU manufacturing to a high-complexity, responsive manufacturing model. Additionally, during my time at Acushnet, I was responsible for overseeing all HR staffing and onboarding procedures for a substantial $70 million international expansion project. This endeavor required recruiting 100% of the essential international staff, ensuring the success of the expansion.

Demonstrated expertise in evaluating and transitioning organizational processes, workforce culture, and building consensus among key stakeholders.

As the leader of Acushnet’s factory startup in Thailand, I managed all aspects of the project, including site selection, engineering, logistics, manufacturing, and delivery. The project was delivered successfully in alignment with organizational objectives, legal requirements, and completed on time and under budget. Additionally, I developed a $120M five-year capital investment growth plan at Acushnet, securing approval from the board of directors through effective communication of key changes, process improvements, project timelines, and investment strategies. This facilitated an informed decision-making process.

All our dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them.
